The Strategic Bid Manager will drive Pharmacy2U’s growth by managing bids and tenders across NHS, private and digital health markets. Responsible for identifying opportunities and delivering high‑quality, compliant proposals, the role supports the full bid lifecycle from qualification through to submission and onboarding. Working closely with Partnerships and cross‑functional teams, the postholder will develop clear, compelling responses aligned to strategic objectives. This is a collaborative role requiring strong organisation, communication and stakeholder management in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate end‑to‑end bid and tender submissions, ensuring timely and compliant delivery
- Identify and track relevant procurement, tender and partnership opportunities
- Draft, compile and maintain high‑quality bid responses, presentations and supporting materials
- Manage timelines, internal inputs and submission processes to meet deadlines
- Coordinate clarification questions, follow‑ups and procurement communications
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information and ensure accurate, aligned responses
- Support service design, operational proposals and implementation planning for new opportunities
- Participate in client interactions, including meetings, briefings and onboarding activities
- Maintain bid documentation, libraries, reporting and tracking, including outcomes and performance insights
- Contribute to continuous improvement of bid processes, templates and governance practices
- Build and maintain effective internal stakeholder relationships to improve response quality and efficiency
Who are we looking for:
- Experience supporting bids, tenders or proposals within healthcare, digital health, pharmacy or other regulated environments
- Experience responding to NHS tenders or working with healthcare procurement frameworks
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, high‑quality documentation
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and gather input effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance standards
- Good commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to business cases and proposals
- Knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy or digital health services and operating environments
- Experience supporting service design, onboarding or implementation activities
- Confident interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships in fast‑paced settings
