Location: We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 2-3 days a week in the office based at Thorpe Park, Leeds.

Working hours: We work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 09:30 - 16:00; you can work around these to suit you!

The Project Coordinator plays a vital role in bringing technology projects to life, keeping delivery on track, teams aligned, and stakeholders informed at every stage. Working at the heart of delivery, the role drives organisation, coordination, and momentum across projects, ensuring timelines are met and nothing falls through the cracks. Partnering closely with Technology Delivery Managers, PMO, and business stakeholders, this role brings structure, pace, and clarity to complex programmes, helping teams deliver efficiently and successfully every time.

    What you’ll be doing?

    • Project Planning & Coordination
      • Support the development of project plans, schedules, and timelines
      • Coordinate project activities across technical teams
      • Track milestones and deliverables to ensure progress remains on plan
      • Monitor delivery and elevate risks or delays as needed
      • Maintain accurate project documentation and records
    • Communication & Stakeholder Support
      • Act as a central point of communication across project teams
      • Schedule and facilitate project meetings and checkpoints
      • Prepare agendas and capture clear, actionable meeting notes
      • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
      • Support effective communication between technical and non‑technical teams
    • Documentation & Reporting
      • Maintain project plans, reports, and dashboards
      • Support tracking of budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
      • Contribute to weekly and monthly project status reporting
      • Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and up to date
      • Support compliance, governance, and audit requirements
    • Risk & Issue Management
      • Identify potential risks and issues early
      • Track and document risks within project frameworks
      • Support mitigation and resolution planning
      • Monitor progress of issue resolution
    • Administrative & Operational Support
      • Coordinate resources and support task allocation
      • Manage project schedules and calendars
      • Support procurement and vendor coordination via the Technology PMO
      • Maintain and update project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana)
