Location: We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 2-3 days a week in the office based at Thorpe Park, Leeds or Central London.
Salary: DOE, plus extensive benefits.

What you’ll be doing?
- Leading all phases of the M&A lifecycle, from due diligence through post-merger integration.
- Defining integration strategies, success metrics, and alignment to the Target Operating Model.
- Identifying synergies, risks, and operational challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Leading cross-functional teams and ensure clear decision-making pathways.
- Developing and overseeing integration timelines, milestones, and governance structures.
- Producing board‑ready reports, dashboards, and updates for Steering Groups.
- Driving change management and communication strategies to support integration.
- Ensuring knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness for day 1 and beyond.
- Providing hands‑on delivery support where required to unblock progress.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience leading M&A integrations or major transformation programmes.
- Strong project and portfolio management capability.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in regulated or healthcare environments is desirable.
- A strategic thinker with strong delivery focus.
- Able to challenge constructively and guide teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including at ELT/SLT level.
- Familiarity with OKRs, governance frameworks, and structured delivery methodologies.
