Join us as an Implementation Lead and help turn our strategic priorities into real, tangible outcomes. You’ll drive key initiatives, partnerships, and transformation projects, working hands‑on with teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong operational readiness. Acting as a central coordinator, you’ll manage cross‑functional workstreams, keep delivery plans on track, and ensure everything aligns with our Target Operating Model, making a meaningful impact across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing?
- Supporting delivery of strategic initiatives, including partnership onboarding and operational change.
- Coordinating cross‑functional workstreams to ensure readiness for implementation.
- Maintaining delivery plans, RAID logs, and reporting dashboards.
- Supporting due diligence by gathering data, documenting findings, and identifying operational impacts.
- Assisting in developing communication and change management plans.
- Tracking progress against milestones and escalating risks or issues when needed.
- Facilitating knowledge transfer and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
- Preparing reports and updates for senior stakeholders.
Who are we looking for?
- Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear communicator able to summarise complex information.
- Experience supporting strategic programmes, partnerships, or operational change.
- Experience producing RAID logs, dashboards, and reports.
- Familiarity with OKRs, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and benefit tracking.
