Responsibilities
- Leading the day‑to‑day workflow of the Dispensing team to ensure safe, accurate and efficient operations.
- Using data, collaboration and visual management techniques to deliver strong shift performance.
- Supporting colleagues through regular feedback, coaching and training to maintain high dispensing standards.
- Working closely with Buying, Clinical, H&S and Shift Management teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Monitoring stock levels, equipment and consumables to ensure the team has what they need to work effectively.
- Managing team communication through daily briefings and consistent updates across the shift.
- Ensuring compliance with company processes, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Contributing to a positive, organised and safe working environment through “clean as you go” practices and proactive issue escalation.
