We are already established across multiple regions and work with a wide range of care home operators, from independents to large groups. As part of our next phase of growth, we are expanding our regional commercial team to strengthen our local presence, grow our care home partnerships, and support the continued success of our existing client base.

What you’ll be doing?
- New Business Development
- Identify, target and secure new care home clients within the allocated region
- Build strong relationships with care homeowners, regional directors and managers
- Present CQP’s services clearly and professionally, including transition support, SLAs and CQP’s Service Standards
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial meeting through to contract signature and onboarding
- Work with internal operations and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions of new homes
- Act as the primary commercial contact for existing CQP client homes in the region
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service
- Support retention by proactively addressing issues, risks or concerns in collaboration with operations and pharmacy teams
- Build trusted relationships with care home groups, senior management teams and key decision-makers
- Represent CQP professionally at meetings, regional forums, events and care sector networking opportunities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (pharmacy operations, onboarding, logistics, IT and customer support) to ensure client expectations are met
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast
- Track opportunities, meetings and conversions in the CRM system
- Provide regular updates on performance, pipeline and regional market activity
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the region
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in B2B business development within care homes, healthcare, social care or related sectors
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a field-based, target-driven role
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
