Location: We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 1 day per week in the office based in Central London.

Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum plus extensive benefits.

Working hours: We work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 09:30 - 16:00; you can work around these to suit you!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design & Development: Design, develop, implement, and optimise cutting‑edge health‑tech algorithms, ensuring all solutions meet clinical and compliance requirements. Experience with bespoke healthcare tools such as Asset Builder and Visio is desirable.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clinicians to deliver high‑quality, clinically robust algorithms. Partner with Product teams and software developers to integrate algorithms into live production systems.
  • Data Analysis: Collaborate with the Data team and Associate Director of Clinical Operations to review algorithm outcomes and improve automation rates.
  • Testing & Evaluation: Test algorithms for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Analyse performance and implement refinements where needed.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation in line with clinical and regulatory guidelines, enabling effective understanding and reuse across teams.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior algorithm developers, helping build capability and understanding of complex clinical logic.
  • External Stakeholder Management: Engage with suppliers to optimise ways of working and improve efficiency, and work with partner pharmacies and other customers to ensure algorithms meet agreed requirements.

Who are we looking for?

  • A strong clinical background.
  • Experience working within the digital health industry.
  • Project management experience, including accurate resource sizing, allocation, and KPI reporting.
  • Experience in clinical governance and medical device regulation.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team‑based environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Advanced external stakeholder management skills.
