Role: People Partner/HR Advisor (12 month FTC)
Location: Either Leeds (LS15 8GB) Hybrid 2/3 days a week, with monthly travel required to London Office (Bond Street). Alternatively London (W1U 2AU) Hybrid 2/3 days a week, with monthly travel required to Leeds Office. Travel expenses covered to your non-place of work location.
Salary: £Competitive DOE, plus extensive benefits

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week. We work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 09:30 - 16:00; you can work around these to suit you!

This is a true generalist People role which will primarily support some of our Support Centre/Head Office teams along with our Medical Services Division, who in the most part work at either our Leeds or London offices.

What you'll be doing?
- Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, mentoring and advising them on People matters
- Owning core People processes including Employee Relations, Performance & Pay Review, Engagement Initiatives, Benefits Administration and Communication updates
- Provide insights from stakeholders to support the Senior People Partner and Head of People in shaping the wider People Strategy and contributing to the People Roadmap
- Coaching and supporting managers on people issues, ranging from career development to managing difficult conversations, probationary reviews, absence management, performance management, investigations, disciplinaries and grievance cases - Including complex cases
- Provide expert guidance on People policies, employment law, and best practices; develop, review, and update policies to align with legislation; and ensure effective communication and consistent implementation in partnership with managers and stakeholders
- Designing, organising and delivering learning/training workshops where relevant in collaboration with the Development & Wellbeing team
- Co-ordinate talent needs including embedding succession planning and talent mapping, ensuring we encompass our D&I strategy
- Monitor our engagement scores/metrics and support the rollout of engagement activities
- Supporting People Projects as required
Who are we looking for?
- Strong experience in a similar HR Advisor/People Partner role, preferably in a high growth business environment, CIPD qualification is desirable
- A strong awareness and knowledge of Employee Relations and employment law
- Excellent time management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Results focussed and constantly aims to deliver within agreed KPIs
- An interest and eye for spotting opportunities to improve processes and the initiative to implement change
- The ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business
- Puts the patient at the heart of everything we do
- IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Office suite and HRIS systems
