As a Partnership Manager, you'll work with both Pharmacy2U, the UK's largest online pharmacy, and Reset Health, a specialist, clinically-led care provider for obesity and related chronic conditions. You'll lead commercial growth across your region by building strategic NHS relationships and securing new partnerships. This is a sales-focused role that combines proactive pipeline development with stakeholder engagement. This role sits at the heart of a strategic partnership, combining medication delivery with expert, clinician-led wraparound care. The partnership aims to deliver end-to-end treatment for patients using GLP1 medications, recognising that sustainable health outcomes require more than medication alone. This will support the delivery of an integrated, scalable care model that provides patients with seamless access to GLP1 treatments alongside ongoing clinical support.

    What you'll be doing?

    • Leading regional sales activity from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and award
    • Mapping local priorities and pathways to position Pharmacy2U and Reset Health as trusted NHS partners for chronic condition management
    • Building and maintaining strategic relationships with a wide range of NHS and system stakeholders to support partnership growth and collaboration
    • Identifying, qualifying and converting new business opportunities
    • Collaborating with clinical, operations, marketing and bid teams to develop tailored value propositions
    • Representing Reset Health and Pharmacy2U at regional events to raise awareness and uncover partnership opportunities

    Within your first 6-12 months, you'll have established strong regional networks, secured new partnership opportunities and built a healthy sales pipeline aligned with NHS priorities.

    Who are we looking for?

    • A confident communicator and strategic thinker who thrives in a commercial environment
    • Confidence and credibility in stakeholder engagement at senior levels
    • Experience selling or developing partnerships within or alongside the NHS, ideally in digital health, long-term condition management, or related healthcare services
    • Proven experience in sales, business development or partnership management within or alongside the NHS
    • Proven relationships or network within the NHS
    • Strong understanding of NHS commissioning and procurement structures
    • Commercial acumen with the ability to spot opportunities, shape propositions and close deals
    • Energy, resilience and a proactive approach to building and managing a regional pipeline
