FUNCTION: People

LOCATION: This role can be based in any of our locations Leeds, London or Bardon. Hybrid 2/3 days a week at your relevant place of work. Monthly travel required to our other sites to support stakeholders. Travel expenses covered to your non place of work location.

Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours (8am-4.30pm, 8.30am-5pm or 9am-5.30pm) - may be a requirement to be flexible with these times ad hoc to support stakeholders.

BAND: Salary £40,000 - £50,000 plus annual bonus up to 10%

You will be our Senior People & Talent Partner for M&A, leading all people activity from due diligence to integration. In addition you will lead reward and compensation across the Pharmacy2U Group, shaping a consistent and scalable total reward strategy. You'll work closely with senior leaders to drive engagement, build capability and support change, operating with high autonomy and aligning People initiatives to business priorities.

This role offers wide organisational exposure, leading cross‑functional people and reward projects and collaborating with the Head of People, Head of Talent Acquisition and Development, the Chief People Officer and other People Partners. You may also support the development of People Partners as the organisation grows.

  • Act as the dedicated M&A People & Talent Partner, leading the people & talent aspects of acquisitions end‑to‑end, including due diligence, TUPE, consultation, integration planning and post acquisition support, ensuring a smooth and consistent people & talent experience.
  • Lead and support reward activity across the business, including but not limited to pay reviews, bonus schemes, pension, health cash plans, life assurances, ensuring alignment with our reward framework and a fair, consistent and transparent approach.
  • Ownership for ensuring that fair, consistent and transparent employee relations processes are applied, ensuring compliance.
