Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of the M&A lifecycle, from due diligence through post‑merger integration
- Define integration strategies, success metrics, and alignment to the Target Operating Model
- Identify synergies, risks, and operational challenges, and develop mitigation strategies
- Lead cross‑functional teams and ensure clear decision‑making pathways
- Develop and oversee integration timelines, milestones, and governance structures
- Produce board‑ready reports, dashboards, and updates for Steering Groups
- Drive change management and communication strategies to support integration
- Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and operational readiness for day 1 and beyond
- Provide hands‑on delivery support where required to unblock progress
Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading M&A integrations or major transformation programmes
- Strong project and portfolio management capability
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in regulated or healthcare environments desirable
- Strategic thinking with a strong delivery focus
- Ability to challenge constructively and guide teams effectively
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, including at ELT/SLT level
- Familiarity with OKRs, governance frameworks, and structured delivery methodologies
