We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Business Analyst to join our digital health and pharmacy team. Business Analysts sit at the heart of all new projects as we expand our services and product offerings. The role works closely with Product Managers, Solutions Architects, and Project Managers to shape initiatives from concept through to delivery, ensuring requirements are clear, actionable, and aligned with business objectives. Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, this role plays a key part in discovery activities, requirements gathering, and refinement processes that enable agile development teams to deliver high‑quality solutions for patients and stakeholders.

What you'll be doing?
- Opportunity Identification & Scoping
- Collaborate with Product Managers to identify potential opportunities for new initiatives
- Contribute to defining project scope and building robust business cases
- Engage with external stakeholders to validate needs and ensure alignment
- Lead discovery activities in collaboration with Solutions Architects and Product Managers
- Translate agreed scope and business cases into high‑level requirements
- Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the business to capture detailed requirements
- Support Solutions Architects in the development of solution designs
- Produce clear, structured requirements in the form of Epics and User Stories
- Facilitate refinement sessions, including 3 Amigos workshops, ensuring acceptance criteria and test scenarios are clearly defined
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and Scrum Masters to ensure requirements are well understood and effectively delivered
- Serve as a confident communicator, bringing together the right stakeholders to clarify requirements
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels throughout the project lifecycle
Who are we looking for?
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workshop facilitation
- Ability to write clear, effective user stories and acceptance criteria
- Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in an agile environment
- Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong understanding of agile artefacts and ceremonies across the software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of NHS systems and healthcare provision
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for problem‑solving and strong attention to detail
