The Clinical Pharmacist will ensure every patient receives exceptional, safe, and reliable care. In this role, you'll play a vital part in protecting patient wellbeing by delivering accurate clinical checks, spotting potential risks, and ensuring prescriptions are handled with absolute precision. You'll be a key guardian of patient safety, using your clinical expertise to make sure every decision supports the highest standards of care.

What you'll be doing:
- Ensure all NHS and private prescriptions received are clinically checked for dosage and safety
- Make sure that all queries on patient prescriptions are communicated to customer service within the SLA
- Ensure that all responses from customer service are received within the agreed SLA to ensure patient safety
- Advise patients on adverse side effects, interactions, and minor ailments
- Adhere to all legal, ethical, professional and company requirements
- Completing a range of additional pharmacist tasks including reviewing dispensing incidents
- Meeting set targets for individuals and team to meet business targets
- Working with key teams across the business (customer service, purchasing, operations & clinical department)
- Where required, assume the role of Responsible Pharmacist at the dispensing facility and support the dispensary team with any queries
Who are we looking for?
- GPhC registered with proven experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist
- Ideally, experience working in a commercial/community pharmacy environment
- Experience of working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines
- Experience of working in an environment where accuracy is critical
- Possess the ability to work effectively and productively with colleagues, managers and stakeholders in a collaborative manner, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment to achieve shared objectives
