    What you’ll be doing

    • Ensure all NHS and private prescriptions received are clinically checked for dosage and safety
    • Make sure all queries on patient prescriptions are communicated to customer service within the SLA
    • Ensure that all responses from customer service are received within the agreed SLA to ensure patient safety
    • Advise patients on adverse side effects, interactions, and minor ailments
    • Adhere to all legal, ethical, professional and company requirements
    • Complete a range of additional pharmacist tasks including reviewing dispensing incidents
    • Meet set targets for individuals and the team to achieve business goals
    • Work with key teams across the business (customer service, purchasing, operations & clinical department)
    • Where required, assume the role of Responsible Pharmacist at the dispensing facility and support the dispensary team with any queries

    Who are we looking for

    • GPhC registered with proven experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist
    • Ideally, experience working in a commercial/community pharmacy environment
    • Experience of working under pressure, delivering against tight deadlines
    • Experience in an environment where accuracy is critical
    • Possess the ability to work effectively and productively with colleagues, managers and stakeholders in a collaborative manner, fostering a positive and inclusive team environment to achieve shared objectives
