Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Physics or Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, and MBA.

Experience: Minimum 3 years after completion of Bachelor’s degree in R collecting relevant documents from investigators. Preparing project summary and agenda papers for meetings. Database management: data capturing and presentation. Assist in preparation of reports for various purposes (RTI, PQ, etc.). Assist in capturing output/outcome of schemes for outreach.

Remuneration: Consolidated monthly remuneration: Rs. 60,000/-. No other allowance such as TA, DA, HRA, Medical is included. TA/DA may be allowed for field visits for selected categories.

Terms of Engagement: Contract basis with confidentiality clause. Initial tenure of one year, extendable based on performance; maximum period 5 years. Termination with one month notice from either side. 18 days leave in a calendar year on pro-rata basis; unavailed leave cannot be carried forward. Job may be terminated for absence >15 days beyond entitled leave or breach of contract.

Selection Process: Applications will be scrutinized. Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interaction and document verification. Selection based on qualification, experience and interview outcome.
