Your Mission:

You’ll foster and deepen relationships with partner clinicians and clinics, ensuring they get maximum value from our revolutionary mPrescribe® app. Beyond maintaining relationships, you’ll identify growth opportunities, solve problems, and be the voice of our clients across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nurture client relationships through strategic engagement that converts to expanded usage.
  • Own the client experience from sales handover through their entire journey with us.
  • Execute our Account Management strategy with a focus on achieving growth targets.
  • Resolve commercial and operational issues, working closely with our dispensary team.
  • Present and pitch our e‑prescribing solutions to maximise adoption.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure materials resonate with clinical practitioners.
  • Gather and channel client feedback to drive product improvements.
  • Represent Pharmacierge at industry conferences and client events.

About You:

  • Proven experience in account management, client relationships, or customer success.
  • Self‑starter who thrives in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Confident communicator across phone, digital, and in‑person interactions.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage client relationships.
  • Healthcare sector experience is a plus but not required.
