Drive growth for a fast-scaling healthtech transforming private prescribing. At Pharmacierge, we’re transforming how clinicians prescribe and how patients access medication through our mPrescribe® technology. We already work with over 4,500 practitioners across the UK, and following £4M+ in investment, we’re entering a new phase of growth.

This isn’t a typical SDR role. It’s an opportunity to directly influence how quickly we scale by connecting leading clinicians with technology that genuinely improves patient outcomes.

Why this role matters

  • We’ve built strong product-market fit and secured investment to accelerate growth. Now we need someone who can turn that momentum into new partnerships.
  • You’ll be on the front line of our expansion, identifying and engaging clinicians, introducing them to our platform, and ensuring they successfully adopt it.
  • This role is critical to how quickly we grow our network and expand our impact across the UK.

Why this is a standout opportunity

  • High-impact role – your performance directly drives company growth.
  • Ownership from day one – you’ll manage your own pipeline and work closely with the Practice Support Lead to optimise our approach.
  • Exposure to healthcare innovation – work with technology changing private prescribing.
  • Post-investment momentum – join at a key growth inflection point.
  • Room to grow – scale-ups change shape fast. What this role looks like in two years depends partly on what you make of it.
  • Cross-team collaboration – work closely with marketing and account management teams.

Your mission

Identify, engage and convert new clinicians and clinics onto our mPrescribe® platform. Beyond generating opportunities, you’ll ensure new partners are set up for success by supporting a smooth transition into using Pharmacierge.

What you’ll be doing

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound outreach (phone, email and in-person).
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within clinics and healthcare organisations.
  • Run initial discovery conversations and present our solution in a compelling, tailored way.
  • Manage and nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales pipeline.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and platform demonstrations with new business.
  • Collaborate closely with account management teams to ensure seamless handovers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline activity.
  • Feed insights back into messaging, targeting and sales approach to continuously improve performance.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years’ experience in outbound B2B sales (SDR or similar role).
  • Proven ability to generate opportunities through cold outreach.
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Resilient and self-motivated, comfortable handling rejection and maintaining momentum.
  • Commercially aware, balancing customer needs with business outcomes.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to conduct in-person outreach where required.
  • Healthcare or MedTech experience is useful, but not essential.

Benefits

  • Salary from £35,000 (dependent on experience) + OTE.
  • Private healthcare cover.
  • Company-wide bonus scheme.
  • Government-approved share option scheme.
  • Hybrid working model.
  • Company quarterly socials.
