Based on Wimpole Street, in the heart of the London Harley Street Medical Area, we work closely with leading private clinicians to deliver a seamless, safe, and highly personalised medication service. Work Arrangements

We are currently recruiting for a full‐time in‐person Pharmacist. Please note that remote work is not available at this time. Full-time roles involve working 42.5 hours per week, including participation in a rotational weekend schedule. Monday to Friday (no Weekends) 12.30 to 22.00.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Collaborate with a team of Pharmacists to facilitate efficient medication dispensing
    • Foster a positive and cooperative team atmosphere
    • Assist in mentoring junior staff and trainees, helping them develop skills and confidence
    • Promptly and accurately address queries from the Pharmacy Team
    • Building and supporting an evening team
  • Patient Care
    • Perform Clinical Checks and verify that prescriptions comply with legal and regulatory requirements
    • Evaluate the suitability of prescriptions and dispensed medications, providing patient‐centred care
    • Conduct final accuracy checks on dispensed medications
    • Deliver comprehensive counselling on medication use, potential side effects, and adherence
  • Prescriber & Healthcare Professional Support
    • Respond to medical inquiries from prescribers and healthcare professionals
    • Provide guidance on drug interactions, dosing, and optimal prescribing practices
  • Regulatory Compliance & Safety
    • Ensure adherence to GPhC standards, UK regulations, and internal procedures
    • Maintain patient safety protocols throughout all pharmacy operations
  • Professional Development & Continuous Learning
    • Remain up to date on advancements in pharmacy and health

Requirements

  • Essential Requirements
    • Must have a current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
    • Must have a qualification as a Pharmacist (MPharm degree or equivalent)
    • Ideally will have a minimum of two years post‐registration experience.
    • Newly qualified pharmacists who demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care will be considered
    • Foundation Pharmacists who have completed their training and are awaiting GPhC registration will be considered, but should make their registration status clear in their application/cover letter.

What To Expect From Our Recruitment Process

  • Stage 1 – Application Review – We will review your application (usually within 1-2 working days) to ensure it meets the essential criteria for the role
  • Stage 2 – Telephone Interview – If shortlisted, you will be invited to self‐schedule a short telephone interview with our Recruitment Coordinator or a senior staff member.
  • Stage 3 – Video Interview – Successful applicants will then have a remote interview via Microsoft Teams with a senior member of the Pharmacy Team
  • Stage 4 – On‐site Visit – If progressing, you will be invited to visit our pharmacy for a tour, meet the team, and get a feel for the working environment. You will also spend time in the areas relevant to the role to see what a typical day might look like
  • Stage 5 – Final Review – A member of our Senior Leadership Team will review your application and interview feedback. If all criteria are met, we will be in touch with a job offer
