As a key member of our Patient Liaison Team, you will be the first point of contact for patients, offering support over the phone and via email. Your role will be to guide patients seamlessly through their prescription journey, providing reassurance, clarity, and a compassionate touch at every step. With empathy and professionalism at the heart of everything you do, you will play a vital role in ensuring each patient feels valued, supported, and cared for.

Work Arrangements: We are currently recruiting for full-time in-person colleagues. Please note that remote work is not available at this time. Full-time roles involve working 42.5 hours per week, including participation in a rotational weekend schedule.
