As we continue to grow, we are looking for a
Head of Dispensary Operations to take ownership of the performance, structure, and delivery of the Pharmacierge dispensary.
About the role
This is a senior operational leadership role at the core of our organisation, with accountability for ensuring that pharmacy workflows run smoothly, staffing and capacity are aligned to demand, and operational issues are resolved decisively before they escalate.
You will support the development and growth of our established Team Leads and managers, balancing hands‑on operational oversight with effective delegation and escalation where required.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day performance and delivery of the Pharmacierge Dispensary
- Lead and develop Team Leads to build a strong, accountable leadership layer
- Ensure workflows run safely, efficiently, and at the required pace
- Manage capacity, staffing, and operational pressure points
- Drive performance through clear KPIs, standards, and continuous improvement
- Partner with Clinical, Compliance, and Supply Chain to deliver safe, seamless patient care
