The predicted salary is between 80000 - 100000 £ per year.

This position is to be based out of either Paris, France or London, UK. As part of the Neuroscience division, this Global Medical Director role will focus on upcoming new launches. This is a very visible role with exposure to working with senior stakeholders and cross functional teams. For this role it is essential that any interested candidates have international Medical Affairs experience (preferably with US experience/knowledge) and have worked in the Neurosciences.

Key responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute global pre-launch Medical Affairs strategy and plan
  • Work closely with cross functional team on integrated plans
  • Support the development of clinical & real-world evidence
  • Plan and deliver advisory boards
  • Involvement in publication planning and speaker training programs
  • Establish and nurture relationships with KOLs in scientific exchange
  • Provide medical input into lifecycle management initiatives
  • Attend all relevant major conferences

Candidate Requirements:

  • Higher degree (MD, MPharm, PhD) in the life sciences or relevant clinical discipline
  • Therapy area experience in the Neurosciences
  • Experience in Global Medical Affairs
  • Launch experience
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and influencing skills
