Pharma Nord Medical, a division of Pharma Nord UK Ltd, is currently seeking a Medical Sales Representative to join our team based in Morpeth, Northumberland. The candidate will play a key role in promoting our portfolio of licensed and unlicensed medicines across the UK. This position involves raising product awareness among healthcare professionals, supporting the launch of newly licensed medicines, and building strong relationships within the NHS and pharmacy sectors.
As a Medical Sales Representative, you will use your clinical and commercial expertise to help improve patient care while contributing to the continued growth of Pharma Nord Medical within the UK market.
Key Responsibilities- Promote Pharma Nord Medical's portfolio of licensed and unlicensed medicinal products to healthcare professionals across your territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including NHS foundation trusts, Health Boards, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG), Local Pharmaceutical Committees (LPC), and Primary Care Networks (PCN)
- Manage and develop key accounts including wholesalers, buying groups, pharmacy chains, and independent pharmacies
- Deliver product education and raise awareness among healthcare professionals and relevant agencies
- Achieve sales targets and support the successful launch of new medicines into the UK market
- Sales or business development experience within the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience promoting licensed and/or unlicensed medicinal products in the UK
- Understanding of the MHRA Blue Guide, Guidance Note 14, and the ABPI Code of Practice
- Ability to build relationships with NHS stakeholders and healthcare professionals
- Valid UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Degree in a relevant field is preferred
