The Role
We’re hiring a Founding Content Producer to own content from end-to-end.
You’ll start with “what should we make?” and finish with assets that are ready to publish to our website, digital ad channels, and social media.
This role is hands‑on, high‑ownership, and high‑impact.
You’ll make decisions and execute on them, working directly with our founders to create content that shapes the growth trajectory of the company.
- What We’re Looking For
- Ability to own content from start to finish, planning, shooting, and editing to a high standard.
- Proven experience creating content professionally, ideally for a consumer brand, tech startup, or agency with hands‑on production work.
- Sharp instincts for what performs on both organic and paid social
- Comfort shooting solo as well as briefing and directing others where needed.
- Experienced in Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, ...) or equivalent.
- High conscientiousness, with strong “this is what I said” “this is what I did” alignment.
- Based in or able to be in London regularly.
- What You’ll Do
- Decide what content to make, using performance data (e. g., from Meta or Google), brand direction, and collaboration with our founders and marketing team as key inputs.
- Shoot the content de novo or pull from our existing content library.
- Edit and finish the content to a publish‑ready standard.
- What You’ll Get
- Equity
- Ownership. You’ll make decisions and take action, not sit in meetings about making decisions or taking action later.
- Impact. You’ll ship fast and see the results of your work quickly.
- How We Work
We work in a small, tight‑knit team, wear multiple hats, and adapt to changing priorities quickly.
We believe in measuring output rather than input and offer flexibility with working hours and location.
We also believe strongly in being good humans. We act with integrity, are kind, and put other people first. It’s important that you do, too.
Finally, we’re committed to building a team that is as diverse as our user base and encourage folks from all backgrounds to apply.
