Role Description
This is a remote role for a Consultant Family Law Solicitor. The Consultant Family Law Solicitor will be responsible for managing client cases, representing clients in family law matters, providing legal advice, and possibly conducting mediation sessions (if accredited). Daily tasks also include preparing legal documents, attending remote court hearings, and liaising with other relevant parties and organisations.
Your responsibilities
- Handle a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, separation, child arrangements, financial agreements, and cohabitation disputes.
- Provide clear, pragmatic, and empathetic legal advice to clients.
- Represent clients in court and at mediation when required.
