We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Partnerships Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years’ experience to start or develop their career in brand partnerships. You’ll support the creation and development of sponsorship concepts, delivering high-impact partnerships for some of the world’s biggest brands and destinations - helping to bring partnerships to life from ideation to completion. You’ll assist with research, proposal creation, partner outreach, and campaign delivery, while learning from a highly experienced and collaborative team. Over time, you’ll take increasing ownership of projects and relationships as your confidence and experience grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Partnerships team in developing and executing creative brand partnership opportunities.
- Research and identify potential brand partners and market opportunities across a range of sectors.
- Assist in preparing engaging sponsorship propositions, proposal documents, presentations, and reports.
- Help manage day-to-day client and partner relationships, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.
- Coordinate partnership activity and track performance against objectives.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the partnerships space.
About You
You’re enthusiastic, organised, and eager to learn - with a genuine interest in marketing, partnerships, and brand strategy. You enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment and have strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and a can-do attitude. You’re naturally curious about how brands show up in the real world - from airports and attractions to events and public spaces.
Essential Skills & Experience
- A degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation design skills (experience with Adobe Suite a bonus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- A proactive mindset, with the confidence to contribute ideas and take initiative.
- Some experience in partnerships, sponsorships, marketing, or business development (internships included) is preferred, but not essential.
Why Join PHAR?
At PHAR Partnerships, you’ll be part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial team where creativity and commercial thinking go hand in hand. You’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting, high-profile projects across travel, transport, entertainment, and global brands - helping shape partnerships that reach millions of people around the world.
