About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our London team, focusing on experienced hires. Acting as a strategic hiring partner, you will work closely with brand heads and the London office manager to deliver on key mandates and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to manage experienced hire mandates across multiple business units.
  • Collaborate with brand heads and the office manager to forecast hiring needs and develop strategic plans.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to influence hiring decisions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from briefing and sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including stakeholder engagement and candidate sourcing.
  • Strong ability to analyze hiring data and conduct market mapping.
  • Excellent communication skills and a track record in headhunting.
  • Recruitment experience is essential; prior Talent Acquisition experience is highly desirable.

  • Flexible Hours: Start between 8:00–9:00 AM and finish between 5:00–6:00 PM.
  • Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
