Our Financial Services recruitment arm - Selby Jennings recruits across front-office investment roles (investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, asset management) as well as sales and trading positions spanning rates, FX, commodities, structured products, and crypto. They also hire heavily in quantitative research and analytics, plus technology roles such as software engineers, DevOps/SRE, distributed systems, and security engineers. Additional hiring areas include actuarial roles in the London Market, and corporate functions like risk, compliance, finance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to presenting qualified candidates to clients.
  • Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates, providing guidance, coaching, and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed performance targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights, best practices, and enhance overall team performance.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
