Our Energy & Infrastructure recruitment arm – LVI Associates recruits across a wide spectrum of energy, infrastructure, and engineering roles in the USA, including civil engineering, construction management, renewable energy, environmental science, water/wastewater engineering, transportation, geotechnical engineering, MEP/building services, automation and controls, power delivery, and data center engineering. Their listings also cover specialized disciplines such as land surveying, forensics and disputes, valuation and litigation, electrical engineering for renewable projects, and ICT/data center design. They support both field‑based and technical leadership positions, ranging from project managers and senior engineers to biologists, architects, and advisory specialists, reflecting their focus on the full lifecycle of infrastructure, environmental, and built‑environment projects.

Key Responsibilities:- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to presenting qualified candidates to clients.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates, providing guidance, coaching, and support throughout the hiring process.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed performance targets, contributing to the company's growth and success.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights, best practices, and enhance overall team performance.
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter, preferably in Energy & Infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
