About the Role
We are seeking a RAG Agent and Implementation Specialist to lead the design and implementation of AI-based conversational agents that redefine recruitment workflows. You will be a key driver of innovation, developing scalable solutions that optimize user experiences while ensuring compliance and seamless system integration.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop Conversational AI Solutions — Create and deploy AI conversational agents for websites, CRM systems, MS Teams, and more.
- Microsoft Tech Stack Mastery — Utilize Power Automate, SQL, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, and Azure to build automated workflows.
- Train and Optimize AI Agents — Enhance AI agents to handle client and candidate queries effectively with built-in human oversight.
- System Integration — Integrate AI solutions with recruitment platforms to support business operations across all six Phaidon brands.
- End-to-End Project Management — Lead projects from ideation to deployment and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders — Work with leadership and recruitment teams to define and execute AI-driven strategies.
- Monitor, Improve, and Comply — Establish best practices for AI performance, troubleshooting, and data privacy.
What You Bring
