About the Role
Our global marketing team, based in London, Hong Kong, New York, and Dallas, supports an international business delivering business-critical talent to ambitious companies worldwide. We are looking for a Visual & Graphic Designer to deliver high-quality creative across static, digital, motion, and corporate communications formats. This role blends strong graphic design fundamentals with modern visual storytelling, including video and motion content, to support brand, marketing, campaign, and internal communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design static visual assets including brand collateral, reports, digital graphics, and corporate communications materials such as presentations and internal documents.
- Create high-impact presentation decks for leadership, sales, client pitches, and internal communications.
- Create motion graphics and short-form video for digital and social platforms.
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines across print, digital, motion, and corporate communication outputs.
- Translate briefs into clear, visually compelling creative concepts for both external marketing and internal stakeholder audiences.
- Adapt designs across multiple formats, channels, and audiences.
- Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, sales teams, leadership, and external partners to deliver campaigns and communications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Implement quality control to ensure consistency and build brand equity across all design outputs.
You will live and breathe inspiring customers, creating communities, building brand awareness, and increasing engagement through design. With a strong understanding of UX/UI principles and corporate storytelling, you will ensure complex information is translated into clear, engaging, and visually compelling communication.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design across static, motion, video, and presentation/corporate communications work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Experience creating short-form video or motion graphics for digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and brand systems.
- Ability to translate complex briefs and information into clear, compelling creative output.
- Desirable
- Experience with Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar tools.
- Understanding of executive-level storytelling and data visualisation.
- Understanding of social-first and performance-led creative.
- Basic animation, storytelling, or video editing skills.
- Experience working within brand, marketing, or corporate communications teams.
- A degree in Design or a related discipline is desirable.
You will have a deep interest in how design enhances both marketing performance and corporate storytelling, with a passion for clarity, consistency, and polish across every piece of collateral produced.
