Our team in London is growing and looking for an entry level Recruitment Consultant to join our Selby Jennings, LVI Associates, EPM Scientific, Larson Maddox, DSJ Global, or Glocomms brands. What does a Recruitment Consultant do at Phaidon International? You will develop your network, maintain and nurture relationships, and establish yourself as an expert in your market by doing these core recruitment functions:
- Business Development: Engage with potential and existing clients to build relationships, identify hiring needs, and secure new business opportunities. Negotiate service agreements and keep clients informed throughout the recruitment process to ensure effective collaboration.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage top mid-to-senior and executive level candidates within your specialist niche through headhunting, cold calling, networking and messaging. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive talent to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality candidates.
- Process Management: Manage the recruitment process by introducing candidates to clients, coordinating interviews, exchanging feedback, and negotiating offers. Provide post-placement support by maintaining contact with placed candidates to ensure long-term success.
