Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to presenting qualified candidates to clients.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates, providing guidance, coaching, and support throughout the hiring process.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
