About the Role
As an L&D Sales Enablement Consultant, you will design, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs that empower our sales teams to perform at their best. This role spans sales onboarding, sales enablement, and advanced skills development ensuring consultants at every stage of their journey have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to succeed. You will act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning learning initiatives to commercial goals and driving measurable performance impact across the region.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored training and development to recruitment consultants throughout their journey in the business.
- Facilitate personalized learning pathways, group coaching, and 1:1 coaching sessions.
- Support all aspects of new starter development in a broad and flexible way, ensuring coverage across the full sales enablement lifecycle.
- Create clear learning pathways covering culture, systems, process excellence, and foundational sales behaviours.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify capability gaps and design targeted enablement solutions.
- Build and maintain toolkits, playbooks, and digital learning resources that support consultants across the full sales cycle.
- Implement best practices for prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, and closing.
- Deliver training for experienced consultants, focusing on consultative selling, strategic.
