We are seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to onboard and train new hires, delivering our Sales Foundations Program. This role is ideal for an L&D professional or an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant looking to transition into learning and development.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging training sessions to prepare new hires for success in sales and recruitment.
- Mentor and coach new starters through their onboarding journey.
- Align training initiatives with business goals in collaboration with senior leaders.
- Continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
Requirements:
- Experience in Learning and Development or as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and sales processes is advantageous.
