Learning & Development – Sales Trainer

We are looking for a Sales Trainer to join our growing Learning and Development team, who help our staff leverage the platform, scale, and track record Phaidon International provides along with driving best-class sales practices.
Your purpose:
Sales Trainers support our team of recruiters by working with them past their initial foundational training and ensuring sound business strategy is adhered to. An effective Sales Trainer will drive teaching client development practices, have a measurable impact on their cohort’s performance, and improve the Recruitment Consultant’s ability to grow existing relationships.

Preferred Experience:
- 2+ Years of 360 Recruitment Experienced
- Demonstrated success in identifying and winning new business
- Previous experience in a high volume, fast-paced sales or business development role
- Ability to connect with consultants and motivate them to improve both in person and in a remote capacity
- Ability to consult with senior leaders and advise on business strategies
- Continuous strive for improvement and innovation to current practices and training
- Proven history of going above and beyond, resilience, and acting as a team player
- Effective communication skills, especially when working across multiple functions and office locations
