We are seeking a Learning and Development Consultant to onboard and train new hires, delivering our Sales Foundations Program. This role is ideal for an L&D professional or an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant looking to transition into learning and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging training sessions to prepare new hires for success in sales and recruitment.
  • Mentor and coach new starters through their onboarding journey.
  • Align training initiatives with business goals in collaboration with senior leaders.
  • Continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Learning and Development or as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and sales processes is advantageous.
