We are looking for Experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team who are looking to propel their career, by leveraging the platform, scale, and track record Phaidon International provides.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter in Insurance
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technology.
  • A proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
