About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Technology Project Manager to join the Phaidon Technology team in London. Reporting to the Director of Technology, this mid-level role is part of a global function responsible for delivering high-quality technology solutions across the business. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through to testing and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver technology projects on time and within scope
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Oversee task prioritisation and resource allocation, ensuring that project tasks are completed on schedule
- Oversee testing phases to ensure quality and functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues
Experience Required
- 2-3 years' experience managing IT/technology projects.
- Experience delivering AI-related projects with a strong understanding of AI impacts on business and operations.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of how technology projects influence commercial outcomes.
- Skilled in business requirements gathering (BA certification desirable).
- Familiar with Microsoft technologies, CRM systems, and automation tools.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps, MS Planner).
- PMP certification preferred and experience across the full project lifecycle.
