About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Technology Project Manager to join the Phaidon Technology team in London. Reporting to the Director of Technology, this mid‑level role is part of a global function responsible for delivering high‑quality technology solutions across the business. The successful candidate will manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through to testing and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver technology projects on time and within scope
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements
  • Oversee task prioritisation and resource allocation, ensuring that project tasks are completed on schedule
  • Oversee testing phases to ensure quality and functionality
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues

Key Competencies

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities
  • Organised, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivery and outcomes

Experience Required

  • 2-3 years' experience managing IT/technology projects.
  • Experience delivering AI‑related projects with a strong understanding of AI impacts on business and operations.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of how technology projects influence commercial outcomes.
  • Skilled in business requirements gathering (BA certification desirable).
  • Familiar with Microsoft technologies, CRM systems, and automation tools.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, DevOps, MS Planner).
  • PMP certification preferred and experience across the full project lifecycle.
