We are officially seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Manager to succeed a critical member of our team. This role is vital for managing and growing our business footprint across the UK & Ireland, Northern Europe, and the Baltic States.
The Role
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing business within your assigned territories to achieve sales targets. This role is full-time and requires regular travel to engage with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the region to expand our market share.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all account management matters, fostering long-term relationships with customers and partners.
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the media, broadcast and video production industries.
- Technical Advocacy: Conduct product demonstrations and keep customers updated on the latest developments to maximize up-sell opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to position Leader products as the premier solution for prospective customers.
- Negotiation: Manage contract negotiations and close agreements to maximize regional profits.
