We are a small restaurant nestled in the heart of Holland Park, offering an innovative menu that constantly evolves with the seasons and supplier availability. We are seeking a Junior Sous Chef to elevate our team and craft exceptional dishes for our guests. We provide a competitive salary based on experience and an opportunity to grow within a supportive and dynamic team. We also close for a week during summer and Christmas to ensure a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and execute menus adapting to seasonal and supplier changes.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and consistency in dishes.
