Here at PH Water and Air Technologies , were seeking an Account Manager Technical to join our team based in Farnborough, Hampshire . As an Account Manger you will actively have a hand in the success of the business as youll play an integral role in managing and servicing current clients whilst identifying new client opportunities, driving the business forward. Water Treatment technical knowledge is highly desirable, of course, as your industry-based knowledge would make your transition that much easier but your natural aptitude for connecting with clients current or new, on the phone, directly, is key. What we offer: Were looking to offer a salary of between £35,000-£45,000, plus commission, depending on experience, and are open to candidates of various levels. In addition, we offer a company pension and healthcare, accrued hours scheme and a financial loyalty bonus. The hours of work are Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm. Key areas of responsibility: One key responsibility will see you directly communicating with current clients, building trusted relationships in order to deliver a 5-star client service Actively and proactively source, identify and pursue new business opportunities in line or exceeding KPIs Offer advice to current and or new clients utilising your industry knowledge to identify their Water Treatment needs Troubleshoot proactively to ensure client satisfaction when required Experience required for the role: Would be ideal for you to have Water Treatment technical knowledge Able to deliver a 5-star customer service whilst growing your client portfolio and have a previous discernible track record Be confident and at ease making and taking telephone calls, its important to make connections to develop professional relationships Youll have a strong desire for success that naturally drives you to achieve Do you see yourself reflected in the description above?
