Location: You will need to be within 30 minutes travel of Shropshire or South Staffordshire.

WorkSchedule: You will work across all areas. Oil work will be predominantly in the Shrewsbury area. You will receive a fully costed van and fuel card to support your daily operations

In this role we are looking for a flexible experienced engineer to be the first point of contact for our engineers in the field, while also carrying out GasRepairs and Servicing of domestic Oil and GasFired appliances and systems in Social Housing properties, achieving first time fix where possible by utilising our 24-hour support network. You will

Hold a valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points

Hold the Right to Work in the UK

Minimum of 2 years qualified experience of servicing, fault finding and diagnosis of both Oil and Gas fired domestic appliances and heating systems

Be ACSqualified, includingCCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, & CKR1

Be OFTEC accredited in 0FT10-101, OFT10-105e, OFT10-600a

HETAS (Solid Fuel), LPG and Unvented preferable but not essential – Upskill Potential

Coach and support colleagues within the team

Attend problem jobs and be the escalation point to provide successful customer outcomes

Exhibit knowledge of all procedures and safety measures toPH JonesandBritishGasstandards whilst offering excellent customer service
