OVERALL AIM OF THE JOB: To make the use of care services a positive, timely & rewarding choice by delivering high quality care as part of the care team using a person-centred approach. Ensuring the individual needs of service users are met, providing opportunities for individuals to use their skills and enhance their quality of life, whilst maintaining their independence and privacy.
