We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Night Care Assistants to join our team. This role is pivotal within our structure, ensuring the seamless delivery of Care and Support Plans to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver care and personal assistance to residents, enhancing their comfort and quality of life.
- Offer support and assistance to residents during the day.
- Prepare and serve meals; perform personal care activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Maintain cleanliness of rooms and communal areas; manage laundry.
- Ensure a safe living environment, adhering to safety protocols and reporting potential hazards.
- Administer medications as required, under appropriate supervision.
