Wij zijn per direct op zoek naar een Service Adviseur Bentley.

De functie

Jij bent iemand waarbij service hoog in het vaandel staat. Jij bent de schakel tussen de klanten en de werkplaats, en adviseert en ondersteunt klanten tijdens het volledige serviceproces. Hierin wil jij het allerbeste voor de klant en gaat graag op ontdekking om antwoorden te vinden op (technische) problemen. Jij werkt daarin niet alleen. Integendeel, je bent een teamspeler die goed communiceert en met samenwerking de kracht van heel PGZ in weet te zetten om verwachtingen van de klant te overtreffen. Daarnaast zou het mooi zijn als je in bezit bent van minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie. Een MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau en een rijbewijs B is wel een vereiste voor de functie. En los daarvan ben je in bezit van een gezonde dosis humor!

Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Zorg dragen voor de ultieme klantbeleving
  • Het maken van afspraken, offertes en werkorders
  • Planning van en controle houden over het werkproces
  • Facturering
  • Beheren garantieproces
  • Contact onderhouden met de klant
