Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Investment Associate to join our dynamic Investment Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, pitching, and closing investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Sourcing and Execution:
- Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, advisors, and intermediaries to source proprietary deals.
- Introducing the clients products to prospects.
- Load clients.
- Business development position.
- Strategic Initiatives:
- Contribute to the development of the firm’s overall investment strategy.
- Identify industry trends and market dynamics that may impact the firm’s investment focus.
- Support fundraising efforts and investor relations activities as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Knowledge of fixed income products.
- 3 years of experience closing deals over the phone and face to face.
- Business development background.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
