At PGS Group, we are seeking a proactive Allround Administrative Support to join our team at our pallet site in the Essex area (Grays). This role is essential for aiding in the administrative flow of the company. As part of a vertically integrated, fast-growing group that operates from "tree to truck," you will contribute to our mission of efficiency and quality.
What tasks will you perform?
- Register collections, delivery notes, and orders in our ERP system (E-pack) and our customer's portals. Maintain accurate records in Excel.
- Daily communication with customers via phone, ensuring exceptional service and support.
- Welcome truck drivers for loading and unloading pallets, ensuring smooth processes.
- Support the Site Manager with HR-related tasks, including inputting time and attendance data, tracking sickness or absence certificates, and providing general HR assistance as needed.
- Assist the Site Manager in all necessary communication with suppliers, contributing to effective collaboration.
- Aid in preparing any necessary reports as required.
Who are we looking for?
- You have a proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You have a good command of the English language. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software, including our ERP system after internal training.
- You are accurate and punctual in executing your tasks.
- You can work independently, with reliability and motivation.
- You are flexible and open to taking on various tasks as needed.
