Indoor Sales Executive - West Midlands
Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in the West Midlands for an Indoor Sales Executive. In this role, you will promote and sell the award‑winning APC Overnight parcel delivery service in the B, DY and WR postcodes.
Responsibilities include researching, gathering and making telephone contact with new business sales leads within the relevant areas on a daily basis; booking meetings for the Commercial Director; gathering relevant data and freight profiles; working towards internal targets provided by the board; acting as the first point of contact with potential new customers; encouraging ongoing communications during onboarding; communicating with other departments; and completing necessary administration including weekly reports.

- Previous experience in logistics or a related industry is advantageous but not required
- Positive attitude, self‑motivation, and a focus on achieving sales targets
Salary: £32‑34k with high commission potential, 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
