We are seeking a results-driven Business Development & CRM Specialist to manage our CRM database and lead outreach strategies. This is a commission-based role, ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, enjoys flexibility, and wants to build their portfolio while contributing to meaningful organisational growth. You will manage our CRM system, generate warm leads, and create interest that opens doors for the leadership team to engage with prospective clients and partners.
This role offers a competitive commission structure, which will be discussed at interview. Please note: If you are seeking a full-time salaried position, this role will not be suitable.
Responsibilities- Maintain and optimise the company CRM database for accurate and efficient lead management.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Generate warm leads and build interest with potential clients and partners.
- Track and report on lead conversion and outreach performance.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to refine strategies and improve engagement.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Jeeva, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with lead generation and outreach best practices.
